- Only valid for US continental destination (excluded APO and P.O. Boxes)
- Shipping weight maximum is 8 lbs. Anything over the limit will be charged based on the exceeding lbs and destination. Please use our shipping calculator to see your shipping charge by clicking the shopping cart button, available on our website. VeryAsia.com promise to provide our valuable customer the best shipping rates possible.
- VeryAsia.com will decide on the shipping carrier. If you have special request, please contact us immediately. Our customer service department would do our best to accommodate your request.
Flat rate $4.99 Standard shipping for California destination does NOT have the weight limit.
Shipping methods:
- Standard shipping: 2-8 business days
- Express shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight shipping: 1 business day
Most orders will be ship the same day or next day. We will contact you if item you ordered is not available or there is an issue with your payment.
General shipping policy:
- Cancellation after the order was shipped will be considered a return. (see return policy) Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
- We would do our best to assist any shipping error correction but keep in mind we ship our order the same day or day after. Customer will be responsible for any shipping error provided by customer.
- Customer is responsible for the shipping charges for undeliverable order caused by shipping information error provided by customer or any matter related to this nature.
- Time arrival for APO/FPO will vary.
- Veryasia.com ship to P.O.boxes. We might request for additional shipping for heavier item ship to P.O.Box address.
- We do not process order on Satuday, Sunday and holiday.
- On FREE ground shipping item, there will be an additional shipping upgrade charge for upgrading to express or overnight.
Standard shipping for Canada and other International destination (outside of US):
- Shipping will take 6-14 business days.
- Customer will be responsible for any tax or customs.
- Customer will be responsible for any shipping error provided by customer.
- Cancellation after the order was shipping will be considered a return and customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
Express shipping for Canada destination (outside of US):
- Shipping will take 6-8 business days.
- Express and standard international shipping adapt the same policy (see above)
